LEAD Academy was founded in 2006 in response
to the large number of AIDS orphans in our care
that required methods to improve skills or reverse

WHO WE ARE

LEAD International Ministry is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to Lead, Equip, Aid and Develop. LEAD is seeking to aid the people in Africa and then to empower them to respond to many crisis, and adversary that they may face. Our mission comprises primary care, education, training and strategic planning.

LEAD relies on the energy, talent, compassion and commitment of its friends, volunteers and partners. Currently our focus is on:

1) LEAD INSTITUTE - Developing and Training of LEADERS in the market place, churches, etc..

a) School of Ministry and Biblical Studies
b) School of Information Technology
c) School of Business
d) School of Skills Development
2) LEAD ACADEMY - Focuses on developing children, and youth to become LEADERs too.

3) LEAD I CARE HEALTHCARE Network - Focuses on the well being of the individual i.e. spiritually, physically and mentally

   a) Provision of clean water and education on Health and Hygiene
    b) Caring of the HIV/AIDS affected and infected population
    c) Home Based Care/ Taking health and wellness to the people

OUR MISSION

· To build and equip leaders and mobilize them to lead others to Christ

· To support effective, indigenous leaders, working primarily in poor countries, by providing,resources , training and training materials, for the spreading of the Gospel.

· To aid the orphans, widows, less advantaged to a healther being.

OUR VISION

To see strong healthy indigenous leaders in every nation of the world that are transforming their communities.

OUR STRATEGY

The majority of the world's pastors and leaders do not have the opportunity for formal theological training offered by seminaries. The ministry of LEAD exists to bring essential training to these pastors and leaders for the purpose of helping them develop healthy, multiplying, churches and business. We believe that developing the leaders of the third world is strategic focus, which will yield long-term, sustainable results in transforming our communities.
