LEAD INSTITUTE CONFERENCE

The conference aimed to target and develop the next generation of servant leaders; those called to be world changers in transforming Zimbabwe for the Kingdom. Our world today is in crisis because many countries are lead by corrupt leaders. The church, business, labor and government needs leaders who have character and vision for nation building. Ultimately, the conferences will create a Pan African network of leaders who will work together to bring transformation throughout Africa.

The topics covered for the General sessions at the 2007 Zimbabwe Conference were:

Workshops covered topics such as:

How your business can Yield a Kingdom Return
HIV/AIDs prevalence and Home Based Care
Assistance to AIDs orphans

LEAD International Ministry partnered with PraynowZimbabwe to bring about a nation changing event in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe the Seed Sower Prayer Summit

Pastor Lovejoy Tirivepi CEO of LEAD and Colin Milar of PraynowZimbabwe partnered to organize and birth a new nation under PRAYER at the 1st ever Seed Sower Prayer Summit in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.   On the ground Pastor Lovejoy was effective as a result of bringing together a dedicated Board comprised of dedicated Christians from all denominations who met for months, and paved the details of bringing about this conference in Victoria Falls.

The conference was a great success and well attended with about 300 attendees from all over the world.  There were delegates from South Africa, and America who presented AND were facilitators at the Summit along with Local Leaders.

Also all sectors - Transport, Education, Ministry and Church, Medical, Government, Farming and many more were represented at this Summit! One of the main purposes of the conference was to seek God's will for Zimbabwe which was once the Bread Basket of Africa. There was great time of networking and it began dialogue and strategies for the nation of Zimbabwe.

The conference was followed by July 24, 25, 26 days declared to be peace days by the government of Zimbabwe. The church and other christian organizations came together to lead the nation during these days. Pastor Lovejoy was one of the presenters at these events too.
