MEET THE FOUNDER

Lovejoy was born in Zimbabwe and raised by a single mother who had to take care of 12 children. He came from humble beginnings and received his early education in Harare. At the age of 18 he worked for YFC (Youth For Christ) fulltime. He graduated from Christian College of Southern Africa with a BA in Youth Ministry then went to Colorado University and graduated with a BA in Christian Ministry. Lovejoy later graduated from Denver Seminary with a Masters in Education and Leadership. For ten years he was a pastor in Colorado and was involved in planting churches in the USA.
In 1997 Lovejoy founded Grace Fellowship Africa (GFA), a ministry that trains and equips leaders in Africa in Biblical counseling and leadership development. He is a Goodwill Ambassador of Transformation Africa and serves on a number of boards in Africa and the USA.
Lovejoy has organized both national and international conferences in Leadership and Evangelism. He is an international conference speaker and has taught and preached in many parts of the world. Lovejoy is a national, international faculty and resident coordinator of the Haggai Institute.

Meet Michael Nhamburo
Michael is LEAD Zimbabwe's Administrator. Michael is also an Information Systems Expert and has excellent computer skills include but not limited to MS-Word, Excel, Publisher, and Power point. Michael is known as energetic, innovative, and resourceful team member with outstanding communication and analytical skills. Michael is working closely with the LEAD Institute Divison to coordinate the Institute's courses in Theology, Information Systems, and Skills Building. Michael is such a blessing, and also a valuable and pivotal person in our Zimbabwe Office.
Meet Charity Muzorewa - Tirivepi
Charity joined LEAD initially as a consultant. She has a strong administrative background and has been helping LEAD grow and set up offices. 2007 LEAD International Ministry with Charity's help opened it doors in Zimbabwe and United Kingdom. Charity is also a Registered Nurse ! She is involved with the LEAD I Care Health Network Division in Zimbabwe. Charity has also coordinating the Mission Trips to Africa.
